Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier, so please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for delivery within Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
Because The Lash Icon Kit is a cosmetic product used close to the eye area, we're unable to accept voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges once a kit has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a remedy — which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, not a replacement only.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
